HOW TO BUY
Buying in FIRE & FABLE is very simple. You just have to follow the following steps:
Choose the category and subcategory where the product (s) you want to buy is located.
View the product (s) that you are interested in. Through a click you will get an enlargement of the photograph; some products have several photographs. You can also check its description, composition, reference and price.
Select a product, the number of units and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
If you want to continue buying, repeat the process. If you want to place the order, click on the button to place an order to start the purchase process.
Enter all the information requested, shipping address and billing and make sure they are correct.
Select a payment method: Visa, bank transfer or Paypal.
Confirm the order and proceed, where appropriate, to the payment.
You will receive an email confirming your order.

Do you replace the items with the indication "exhausted"?
If an item is sold out, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there was no stock, on the web it would indicate that it is sold out.
Will I receive the same product as the photo and description?
Yes, each item is indicated and detailed in all its variants of size, quantity and model.
Is it possible to receive periodic information in my email with the latest news and offers from FIRE & FABLE?
Yes. By simply accessing "Newsletter" you will receive information about the latest news from FIRE & FABLE.
Can I unsubscribe from the FIRE & FABLE Newsletter?
In the section "Newsletter" you can unsubscribe easily. Cover the data and select "send".
How I can make sure I made my purchase?
Once your order is made, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive it, get in touch with FIRE & FABLE.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. From the shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
FIRE & FABLE only sells items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive an item with a defect, please contact email@example.com.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If at any time, by mistake, you receive an article that you have not requested, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following payment methods: Credit / debit card, bank transfer and Paypal.
For what reason can my credit card be rejected?
Your card can be rejected for one of the following reasons:
The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
The limit of the card may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. The payment system will be made through the secure payment gateway and PayPal.
Where I can get my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (address, work, etc.)
How long will it take to get my order?
After the process and exit of the warehouses, if you live in the peninsula the delivery time is 72h working, unless the order is made on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day of realization of the order. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and internationally, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 days.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs vary according to delivery method, country and region. In any case, they are all detailed in the purchase process and before making the payment you can select the one that best suits you. All prices include VAT.
How can I know where my order is?
When placing the order you will receive a tracking number to locate your package through emails.
What is the home delivery process?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order is going to leave the warehouse and the carrier will contact you to inform you of the delivery of the order.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Can I return an item?
Only a replacement of the article is possible when said article is defective or presents some type of breakage.
Do I have to pay something for my return or replacement?
Returns in FIRE & FABLE are always free.
When will I receive the replacement of my item?
After approving the return, a new article will be sent and the shipping process will be the same as the purchase process.
